Certified Prosthetist Orthotist in Boise

Gunnar Maughan grew up in the Treasure Valley.  He graduated from Boise State University with a degree in exercise science.  He earned his Master’s Degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics at the University of Hartford.  He completed his Prosthetic and Orthotic Residency in Portland, Oregon with extensive hospital experience in trauma.

He worked as a private practitioner in the Portland metropolitan area for five years and practiced in Olympia, Washington for five years, providing comprehensive care in both prosthetics and orthotics.  He is excited to be back in his hometown to continue his Prosthetics and Orthotics practice. 

Gunnar is frequently found smiling or making his family laugh, experiencing life to its fullest. He enjoys spending time with his wife, three daughters and a various assortment of animals. Gunnar and his family love going on adventures together, whether it is road trips, camping or biking. They also enjoy relaxing at home.
